Breakfast was nice. Cleanliness.
Room was hot, and we called them to send a technician to fix the AC. I had previously asked for a small birthday arrangement for my friend, it had been confirmed twice. And they didn’t do anything ! Until I went to reception and informed them again. I had to keep running after them.There were a lot of items missing in the bathroom, such as tissue box and dental kits. I don’t think the room was taken care of or checked properly before they release it for check in. While sitting in the room, a staff rang the bell and directly came into the room without hearing back from us, i had to speed against the door to stop him from entering and my friend wasn’t wearing her scarf. It was shocking.. first time I experience this in uae.. I hope they look into these matters. Other than these unfortunate events, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was great.
