Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The provided WiFi was easy to connect to and super fast.
The room and facilities were a little run down and the balcony view was not the best, but it did not ruin my stay, there is plenty to see and do within walking distance. The highlight of the stay was easily the continental breakfast, with a selection of of breads, pastries, meats and cheeses. The coffee was the cherry on top for me!

The rooms were clean, and staff was nice, please bring cash because they don’t accept credit card for tourists tax fee or pay for breakfast, we requested a queen bed, how the put together two mattresses you either way feel the whole in the middle so is uncomfortable, the street is dirty and not flattering but I will say that is not the only one, price was okay, thanks for the attention and service.

Excellent value hotel, location was generally good.
AC was great and kept us cool which was a necessity in +35°
Bathroom was nice, and clean.
Breakfast was ok with a reasonable selection
Would definitely stay again if in Naples
