    We got 3 days reservation, but arrived one day earlier, there was no one at the reception when we arrived, we left luggage and came back later, the reception said they are fully booked the whole month and we need to get another hotel fir our first night, but can get a refund for the 3rd night. We got another hotel, came back 2nd day and pay for 2 days. On the departure they charged us another 400 euros because our agent didn't book those room for that day, I checked on line, the hotel was fully booked. So they charged me fir 4 rooms and then rented the rooms and got paid again. Not good business. Also everything was unorganized and beds uncomfortable. Location good, facesility is run down, and semi clean.
