This was an amazing hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. The room had one of the best air conditioning units I ever used in a hotel. Very easy to use. And the room had a ceiling fan! The whole layout of the room was amazing, especially the bathroom. Water temperature and pressure were perfect. Great bidet. The restaurant had delicious food. The staff were top notch. No complaints at all.

The staff were incredible! They helped with our baggage, arranged drivers, massages and did our laundry. The food was great and had both American and Thai options. The rooms were clean, but the bed was more firm than we're used to so we didn’t get the best sleep.

Stay was good. Raft room was lovely. Lacked hand towels and soap in the bathroom, but otherwise nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and dinner.
