Our room was nice and clean and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I like the color and the artsy vibe in both the room and the lobby. The staff were nice and helpful and always with a smile. One morning, we had to leave early at 7am before a day tour and so breakfast wasn’t open yet. Even the bakery nearby wasn’t open until 7:30! I went down to the lobby to get milk for my coffee and upon hearing of my lack of breakfast, the front desk gave me a slice of carrot almond cake. The cake was moist and delicious! We were so appreciative of the staff’s kindness to offer us something to eat for breakfast. They also were very helpful to give us tips and information on places to visit and how to get there.

Great stay at JAM Hotel in Lisbon! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a really pleasant experience overall.
A solid choice if you’re visiting Lisbon—I’d definitely consider staying here again!
