Location was great, really quiet area but not really far from the centre (30 mins leisurely stroll). Nice park nearby and a few amenities such as supermarket & coffee shops. Staff really helpful & friendly

The suite is amazing! It faces the backyard and is very quiet. Staff Pedro was super helpful and responsive. Luckily we could upgrade to the suite for the last night and it was a completely different, elevated experience. Location also perfect, very close to the most chic area in Lisbon!
The external bathroom was quite far away from the small room so not very intuitive and convenient. No sound proof for people walking/speaking/laughing in the corridor.

The beds were quite comfortable and the temperature and noise was ok - we slept very well. The bathroom was modern, and the hotel itself was quite quiet. After our miscommunication with the staff we got an upgrade, which was nice.
Unfortunately we tried to drop off our bags early - and despite confirming time of drop off the night before and messaging in the morning to say we were on our way, when we arrived we stood at the entrance for an hour ringing the door bell, calling the listed phone number, and messaging the property to no response (we then went to a coffee shop and waited for another hour, to no avail). We eventually got a response in the afternoon, and due to this misunderstanding the hotel upgraded us, but in our new room there were several hairballs on the floor when we arrived.
