    I had a wonderful stay at Ritz Heritage, Lonavala. The service was excellent, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent. A special thanks to Kapil Sir, who was extremely helpful, polite, and supportive throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended! 😊

    They have kept the property really as 100 years old, no changes, doors ,toilets all rotten, refrigerator works but you can open only by taking off full door, trains passing 50 meters from hotel full of disturbance,they need to demolish it, the property condition is like this
