Room was a bit poky but very clean. Had an outdoor terrace off our room. Was lovely. Staff exceptionally helpful

The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The main problem was the air conditioner was as good as none. Had a room change , same thing. The room temperature never got below 27. Too warm for me to sleep. Another problem was the photos in Expedia were deceiving. It looked a lot bigger than it really was.

Good breakfast - the rest was below expectations. The outdoor/pool area was beyond horrific - not maintained at all, and nothing like it is represented by their photos. Basic rooms are actually Compact rooms, meaning very small - the area around the hotel is also quite far away from most of the restaurants and center of Forte. By far, the lowest quality 4-star hotel we've stayed at.

The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. There aren't any taxis in this town so if you plan to go anywhere outside of a bike ride you should note (including to and from train stations).

Wonderful friendly service from all members of staff. Easy check in. 5 minutes from beach, with good recommendations for best beaches. Limited restaurant optuons in the immediate vacinity. Need to book early for the couple of beach restaurants near by. Only fault is that the basic rooms are extremely small.

Much better than expected. Really good service. You are important for the staff. Nice reception, clean and tidy rooms. Very close to the fantastic beach, and extremeley easy to bicycle into town (it is totally flat). The hotel aspires to be top notch, but if you are aspiring on that, you need to control all the details. Like same size on the glases when you order Proscecco to the room, more quiet airconditioner (ours were almost broken). So, very close, but not 5/5.

Logos Hotel is a pleasant drive from Pisa when not stuck in rush hour traffic and ongoing road construction. This tastefully decorated hotel is a block away from the beach. Though it was the last day of October, the weather was extremely cooperative. Our room was impeccable and included a lovely balcony. Breakfast was amply supplied, though lacked hot items. Staff was kind and helpful.. We would return to this hotel for a repeat stay. .

the hotel was very nice. very clean but facilities very dissapointing,, staff informed us that the pool was closed due to refurbishment but there was no pool visible anywhere round the building. there was no minibar no english channels on the sky tv, the bar was closed./dining room closed for meals, only breakfast available and yes it was 150m from the beach, but access to the beach was limited, with bars/ private residences, no public access at all// plus 40 min walk to forte dei marmi, not 20 mins as stated im assuming that we experienced this due to visiting in the spring rather than the summer months, but the hotel should have stated limited facilities during non season months

family run, well maintained with very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located about 15 mins walk from the town centre but is close to many beach clubs and only a short walk from bars, restaurants etc. i would point out that whilst the rooms are well equiped they are on the small side so are not suitable for spending too much time relaxing. the fact that the hotel is not located next door to the official town centre is not a problem. everyone uses bikes as transport and there is a hire shop opposite the hotel; alternatively walk which is also a pleasant experience as the streets are clean and well maintained. the staff are very helpful; gave us advice about beach clubs, restaurants etc and even provided a birthday cake compliments of the hotel as we were celebrating!
