Room was not super clean but okay. Unfortunately the AC stopped once the temperature was reached which led to no air cir

Great location, size of room

Besides receptionist and cleaning lady, staff was very unfriendly. At the breakfast buffet it felt like we were not welcome at all. Did hardly dare to ask for a cup of coffee.

A private beach access would be nice, but I understand why this is not possible. A recommendation is to add some children’s bicycles. That would be great!

Superb

Very nice Hotel and really nice and helpful staff. The location is really good, really near the center and prices are super fair, compared to other similar Hotels. They have bicycles you can rent to go around which is actually the best. Every time I go to Forte dei Marmi I always rent a bicycle, so it was perfect that they offered the service. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Just keep in mind that if you want to keep your room fresh during the summer, you need to leave one card in the room or the aricon will turn off.

Good Hotel

Very good located, comfortable room and good breakfast.

Except the reception, the rest of the staff don’t speak English. Specially in the restaurant is very complicated the communication if you don’t speak Italian. Restaurant extremely expensive for the quality and amount of food.

the hotel is situated on the beach, is very clean and furniture is new

Basically all negative points are due to the wrong advertising on the "booking.com": 1. The hotel has no "access to the beach" as advertised on the "booking.com", if you want to go to the beach, you need to pay. Booking advertisement is confusing. 2. The advertised on "booking.com" triple room which was a double price of the double room turned out to be same size and because of the second twin bed had actually less space to move.

Ein kurzer und gelungener Aufenthalt im gut gelegenen Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, sowohl zum Strand als auch zur historischen Innenstadt. Es gibt Gästeparkplätze und auch Fahrräder zum Ausleihen, die ich allerdings nicht benützt habe, da ich mein eigenes Rad dabei hatte. Auch für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (sehr sehenswert ist Pietrasanta, das direkt angrenzt) ist das Hotel geeignet.

Hier gibt es nichts, was ich schreiben könnte. Wer Forte dei Marmi im Juni bucht, weiß, was ihn erwartet. Es ist noch nicht so violl wie im Hochsommer, dafür bekommt man Plätze in vielen Restaurants, die im Juli oder August überfüllt sind. Ach ja: die Parkplätze sind etwas eng, aber dieses Problem kennt man von überall, weil die Autos immer größer und breiter werden. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Bel hotel sul lungomare, vicino alle attrattive della nota località versiliana e al centro città, discreto, funzionale, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante.

Nelle comunicazioni alla clientela, inserirei magari una breve nota che per il soggiorno è consigliabile prenotare per tempo i lidi (fornendo i nomi/numeri), rischio non trovarne disponibili all'esigenza!

A due passi da ogni attività.

La struttura ha una posizione centralissima. A due minuti a piedi dal centro, a 20 secondi dal mare. Le camere sono pulite, nonostante io avessi prenotato una camera standard e senza vista mare, me ne hanno assegnata una con vista mare, forse dato il periodo. La colazione è varia ed abbondante. Il personale gentilissimo. Il parcheggio spazioso.
