Nice hotel close to the beach. It was a reasonable price for sunbeds on the beach. Ok restaurant. A little slow neighborhood and the hotel does not have a bar that's open in the evenings.

Missing microwave, toaster and various kitchen utillities. Also missing comfortable furniture inside the apartment and sun sunbenches on the terrace. We booked an apartment with a view of the pool area and the sea, and also a quiet area. But we got an apartment that faced to a busy road with noise that accompanied it.

Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season

The beach is so close! Parking is simple and easy. The staff is excellent. The food is incredible. We ate dinner and breakfast. The internet was great as well

This is the best Italian hotel that we have ever been to! The staff is incredible, the bed is super comfortable, the food is out of this world and the price is unbelievably cheap for the experience that we got. We didn't have enough time for the free spa treatment, but we did take full advantage of everything else. I would rate this as the best deal that I have ever gotten at a hotel and I see at least 100 hotel nights a year

The property advertises as a beachside property. This hotel doesn’t have a beach. The beach is on the other side of a arterial road and it is not associated with the hotel. Which means we had to pay top dollars to get a space in a crowded sea of chairs. Don’t go to this property to enjoy the beach.

Wonderful stay! Parking on site, friendly staff, room was upgraded and got a 25 minutes free massage. The spa is 5 star, and the pool is huge and water temperature is perfect! Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Access to a public beach across the street that is free, has a couple of shaded spots reserved for families and disabled people, but other than that, bring your own umbrella or get a great tan, and tons of private beaches options too, just be prepared to pay 25 to 200 euros for chairs and umbrella. Also, great restaurants nearby, but highly recommend to make reservations for dinner. We loved Sottosale Restaurant and Amici Dell Universo Restaurant!

We had one night at the hotel and it was fantastic. We got offered a free back massage on arrival and 2 hours in the spa. It was so relaxing and all the staff were so friendly. Will definitely go again!

We went in May and it was still during the quiet period. The apartment we had was spacious with good facilities and a massive balcony/terrace. The location is good with quick access to the free beach, restaurants and a few local shops. That said, I would recommend hiring a car so that you can get to the bigger supermarkets and to the local towns easier.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Apart from being just a bit too far from the Beach Club we go to usually, this is a great hotel for families. I will definitely consider returning. Rooms modern and clean. Service exceptional and lovely grounds.

We didnt understand the thermal offerings until we were there. The spa and sauna were class facilities below ground. The staff were extremely accommodating. Deborah and the lovely girl from Terra Rissa made our stay a magic time. The forte dei Marni area is truly a tourism Mecca.

My children and I came to Forte dei Marmi for a few days of beach and relaxation time. I chose this hotel for its spa services and close location to the beach. It did not disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff with great options for various treatments in the spa. Overall a really lovely 4 days.

The room was big and with a great balcony situated across the street from a public beach. Breakfast was good. The pool was big and with nice temperature. However the whole place was a liitle old and my husband cut his foot on something in the pool. The staff was nice and spoke english, but didn't inform us that they had bikes that you could lend.
