I was there for 4 days since, day 1 nothingvbut great customer service. The first room i got had AC issues as soon as i repoted i got a new room. Restaurant staff was great. Cleaning crew was great. Easy to get transportation to and from our event.

Great and friendly place to stay. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. Make sure you have small currency to be able to tip staff. It’s not required but it’s part of the culture to tip and you just want to because they’re so friendly.

All in all it was a nice hotel, good service, very polite and friendly staff, the food was OK The only minus of our stay was that it rained in the evenings, but we enjoy our time there.

The pillow in my first room has a ladies scent perfume despite cleaning requirements after Covid. Then they changed my room and found a long hair in the bed the following morning despite that I am skinhead bald. Makes me questions their cleaning practices, particularly after COVID.
