Fantastic hotel, unable to find a fault. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, would definetely return.

Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool.
Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free.
Bed was comfy
Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places.
This hotel attracts a lot of older / retired people, and lots of different nationalities which I think affected the atmosphere as you never knew if someone would understand a polite ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’
The friendly, helpful staff were the best thing about this hotel

Fourth visit in the last three years in different seasons. Fantastic again.
Superb hotel with lovely bedrooms and the whole resort is wonderful.
Breakfast selection is amazing with lots of choices. We were B&B but ate in the restaurant one night and the standard of food was great.
Pools are great, with a choice of two and always plenty of sun beds available.
The staff are brilliant. They provide excellent service and are very friendly too. Seeing the same faces each time suggests that they retain staff well.
Highly recommended and we’ll be back for visit number 5.
