Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool.
Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free.
Bed was comfy
Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places.
This hotel attracts a lot of older / retired people, and lots of different nationalities which I think affected the atmosphere as you never knew if someone would understand a polite ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’
The friendly, helpful staff were the best thing about this hotel

Rooms were spotless. Excellent spa and pool. Very well trained staff. The resort is gorgeous. The dinning staff made every meal a pleasure. The breakfast choices were fantastic. This is a resort for adults.
