    I don’t understand how the bar/restaurant on the 2nd floor is air conditioned, but the rooms the guests are expected to rest and regroup in are boiling hot to an unbearable degree. The conditions are cruel and inhumane. They pride themselves on having a “green roof” and looking out for the environment, but what about their paying guests? What about the guests who paid hundreds of euros to sleep and rest comfortably? Screw them I guess right? This place deserves zero stars. Don’t stay here. Don’t give them your money. Awful management, awful rooms, awful experience. If I hadn’t spent so much money already I would have fled and went to an actual better hotel.

    I really appreciated how clean the hostel was. However, there were a few things I wish I had known before my stay: Air conditioning: There was no air conditioning in the 4-bed female dorm. Since I stayed in early summer, the room became quite warm at night. One of my roommates opened the window on my second night, which made it much more comfortable. The hostel is located in a very central area, though, so opening the window means dealing with some street noise. Towels: Towels are not included and must be rented for an additional fee. Dryer: The hair dryer is available free of charge, but it must be returned to the front desk within one hour. Common/outdoor space: There is no rooftop terrace, despite photos in the advertisement that gave me that impression. Guests can use the restaurant/bar on the second floor, but purchasing food or drinks is expected. If you're looking for a free common area to socialize with other travelers, this may not be the best choice. Overall, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hostel, but these details would have been helpful to know in advance.

    Loved the location with option of public transport just round the corner. Located in prime location with many attractions just at walkable distance. Loved their breakfast too.

    I am so glad that I booked a 4bed female room which has my own toilet inside, because in the morning you will see so many ppl sitting outside the corridor like refuge because the toilet and bathroom was so crowded, and I even overheard someone said the toilet was flooded so too many people are queueing. Cleanliness even my own room the toilet bowl cover comes with stain on it. The shower is bad because the water can last only few seconds and you need to press again and again to shower, it is a very bad design to shower. They don’t even have a small rack or space for you to put your toiletries, not even a hook to hang a plastic bag that can put your toiletries. Locker is 5€ for 6 hours, even it mention is a large locker but it only fit one 28” suitcase, if you have another 20” u need to rent another large locker, their small locker is only fit for a handbag. Reception half of the staff are not friendly, their face like I owe them a lot of money, so really nothing I could compliment about except my bed came with a curtain and I have some space on my bedside, also a locker box inside the room, although it can’t fit any suitcase other than a backpack.
