Neighboring rooms making noise till 2 am and no one interfering
On another occasion I had mentioned the ultra thin mattresses, but management apparently doesn’t read this. The mattress slides off the bed every time you turn around
There is no bath at in the shower, outright dangerous especially for the elder

I only have very positive things to say about this hotel. Starting with the staff, especially Jasmin who checked me in smoothly and made me feel very welcome. A true professional that «works hard, effortlessly» :)
The location makes you feel like you’re on an Island, away from the noise. Super clean, bar & restaurant fabulous and safe (private parking lot).
Just under 20min away from Amsterdam Centrum. I will be back very soon!
