The hotel is great, staff is very friendly and the onsen is wonderful!

Great stay! Staff was friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed the private onsen in the room and 3 private outdoor onsens. In addition, there is a free shuttle bus to the bus terminal near the center of town and Yubatake. Will definitely come back!
