The pictures online are bright, airy and clean. The room we had was dark and dingy. The shower was covered in mold. They did offer us another room that had stains all over the couch. Not what we were expecting in the least. We checked out after the first night.

This property was just okay. The interior really needs to be updated. The pictures online are either outdated or pictures of a new room that I was not in. I thought there was a pool, there wasn't. The area seemed to be safe. I loved the fact that it was literally a couple of minutes form Copacabana beach. The breakfast was just okay as well. You get what you pay for. My experience wasn't terrible, i'd stay here again.

Centric location, close to pharmacies, food places etc. Walking distance from the beach. Overall, clean areas, comfortable bed and quiet. Great buffet for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience, and it felt safe. The staff were nice. The room looks outdated, but everything works properly.

I liked the convenience, the hotel location and the staff were amazingly nice. I didn’t like or better, I wished the room came with a iron for clothes, toilet brush and the stick to unclog because it clogged twice and tv remote was dead.

In general it looks like a decaying premise. The room was spacious with a king bed, not required from me. No adequate space for sitting to work with a computer. Only one very rustic very high small table with two much above the average sitting benchs very unconfortable and dangerous to sit. Television had very few cable channels and the worst ones. In summary I would not recommend this hotel even for an enemy.

Save your money and run for the hills! They present pics as a kind of cool boutique hotel but it is in shambles. The bathrooms have mold, floors dirty, construction everywhere. You have to pay to leave your luggage for a couple of hours even when they didn't have the room ready. Another couple of clients had the same situation.

Great place to be close to both Copacabana beach and Ipanema. Many dining options & shops are located within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, and the room was quiet for sleeping. Amenities are a bit scarce - minimal towels, no conditioner, no wine opener, no extra cups. Breakfast was nice with fresh fruit, juices, breads, coffee, eggs. The best part was the friendly, helpful door man! Definitely would recommend!

They do not change the bedsheets, they also do not clean properly. There’s was no sweeping or mopping done during my stay

This hotel is advertised as 3.5 stars but is really a two star hotel by usual international standards. The rooms are run down (not like the modern images seen online) and the room wasn’t clean (sand on floor, grimy bathroom, mould). There was also no mattress protector, just a sheet which I find quite repulsive. The usbc port on wall also broken. When I advised reception they loaned a plug in charger however when I went out that evening, someone came into my room and took the charger which made me feel really uncomfortable. I also needed it for duration of the stay. The breakfast was reasonable and they provided gluten free bread which I appreciated.

Worst stay in my entire life. Paid for an executive suite, got an awful twin room. Wasted an hour checking in dealing with lies and incompetence. Hotels.com intervened to secure a refund/discount and have also failed - despite the hotel managers false promises.

Great place to stay in Copacabana. Beach is just a walk a way including easy walk to Ipanema and Leblon. If you like to relax and swim at the beach or even a day tour of Rio, this is a great place to stay.

The Management do not care to look into the condition of the each and every room. Almost all rooms have poor bathroom conditions, an arrogant maintenance person, etc. If they want it, with small investments they can change it dramatically. The location is fantastic (just 200 ft from the Copacabana beach) !! After the improvements, they can increase the rates and make money.

Well maintained hotel, close enough to the beach many restaurants in the arounds. My breakfast was included, it was healthy and with options, good way to start the day. Front desk guys and bell men always helped. Cleaning ladies always smiling. Good option for short stays.
