    Staff were great, restaurants all around the hotel, right on the main drag of Courtenay. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is put 4 pillows on the bed instead of 2

    Simple accommodations and fine for short stays. Great location. But very disappointed to find out that the pool and hottub were shut down, as that was one of our primary reasons for booking here.
