    Everything is nice but location wise is not, we must walk for so long to reach the train station to go to shopping places. However, they give overflowing drinks and snacks and onsen was good.

    I was living here with mum last year, came back this year pretty much the same time. Staff is very friendly, one of them helped us booked a Unagi restaurant as we can’t speak Japanese. Hotel is close to everything. Would come back again! Highly recommend:)

    Very clean. There are onsen . Free drink and snack after onsen. The room spacious. Artistic hotel Thank you

    I had a wonderful stay. The staff are always very helpful and the rooms are very generous in size and are so comfortable. The location is so good for transport and the fresha nearly next door is very convenient. I can’t wait to come back again.
