Nina and the reception staff (Vincent, Mohammed, and Allan) are truly wonderful people, interested in you and wanting to make sure the accommodations are perfect. Our toilet of all things decided to come loose, and was replaced same day. Have stayed here several times since 1992.

I was traveling solo and the price was fair for the value compared to other choices of similar star rating. Staff (Nina) was very nice and helpful. She helped me make reservation in nearby famous dining place (Procope). Would go back again.

The stay was fantastic from the moment I checked in. They were speedy with check-in, explained everything I needed to know. My room was comfortable, the air conditioning was amazing during the hot summer days, the shower was perfect. They had macarons and a bottle of wine in my room for me. :)
The night receptionist was helpful whenever I had questions, he always had an answer.
This was my 10th time in Paris, and I would definitely stay here again.
The location is very central to all of the regular tourist attractions and hundreds of restaurants in the St Germain/St Michele area.
