    I booked the club room and i get to access the club lounge on the 33rd. Great service by the staff and most important of all is the privacy and the peaceful environment at the lounge

    I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur with my mum and sister. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a pleasant experience. A special mention to Suzana from the check-in team, who was extremely helpful and efficient. She handled my check-in very quickly, and the whole process was smooth, with no delays or hassle at all. She made everything easy and welcoming, and I was also pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary coffees, which was a lovely touch. There was a small issue with the TV in our room. The TV had sound, but there was no picture. We contacted the hotel technician, and they responded very efficiently and replaced the entire TV for us. I really appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved without causing us much inconvenience. One small suggestion for the hotel would be to consider placing a Qibla direction sign in the rooms. This would be especially helpful for Muslim guests who need to know the direction for prayer. Other than that, my mum, sister, and I truly enjoyed our stay and our time at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur. Thank you to the team for the great service and for making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. We would be happy to stay again!
