Staff very friendly, honestly im enjoy to been there even in short vacation, will repeat and will sugguest to family and members. Highly recomended, 10/10, if got star, will put 5Star for this hotel!!!

Overall Rating: 5/5 Stars (10/10) From the moment we arrived, our stay was completely flawless. The warm welcome set a wonderful tone for our trip, making us feel right at home from day one. This resort is easily one of the best overall experiences we have ever had, and we highly recommend it to all travelers—especially Indian families looking for great vegetarian dining! What Made Our Stay Special: Exceptional Staff & Service: The hospitality here is incredible. A special shoutout to Tar for her outstanding service, warm demeanor, and constant attention to detail. She truly made our stay unforgettable. Top-Tier Dining (10/10): The food exceeded all expectations. For Indian travelers, make sure to opt for the breakfast package—the vegetarian spread is amazing, delicious, and offers plenty of variety every day. Rooms with a View: We stayed in a room with a pool view, which was clean, spacious, and provided a stunning backdrop to start every morning. Fantastic Amenities: The resort's private beach is pristine, spotless, and beautiful to relax on. The main swimming pool was a highlight of our trip, and the resort's internal train transporting guests to the hill-view rooms was both convenient and fun. Kid-Friendly & Engaging: The kids' play area and organized daily events kept the whole family entertained throughout the trip. We loved every single minute of our stay and cannot wait to visit again!

Review Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. The air conditioning was not working properly, and I spent almost the entire first night trying to get the issue resolved. Eventually, the hotel changed my room very late at night, which was extremely inconvenient and disrupted our stay. What made the experience more disappointing was that I had booked the room one month in advance and had clearly informed the hotel that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Despite this, there was no special consideration or gesture from the hotel, and the room change happened without any meaningful compensation or upgrade. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations, especially considering the occasion and the advance booking. I expected much better communication, service, and attention to detail from the hotel.
