    The lady at reception, who I believe was a GRO wearing a blue dress was very professional. I can’t remember her name but she truly demonstrated great hospitality. The hotel facilities were good, and the location was excellent, conveniently close to Terminal 21. Overall, I had a pleasant experience here.

    A very friendly staff greeted me on my arrival, check-in was simple and easy the room was statically beautiful with a modern design that overlooked the city and partially the beach. Very quiet and convenient to the mall and other shopping areas. About a 1.5 mile walk to Walking Street and a half mile walk to the beach.

    I stayed in room 1005, which offered a lovely, unobstructed view. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the late check-out policy. Despite arriving late and it being low season, I was only granted an extension until 12:30 PM, even after requesting it a second time. For comparison, other properties like UHG in Ladprao and Holiday Inn Rayong have previously accommodated me until 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM, respectively. Additionally, I noticed the slippers provided were somewhat sticky, which is a detail the housekeeping team may want to address. Overall, I enjoyed the room but felt the service flexibility could be improved.

    Had to wait a long time during check in at 7th floor, have to wait long for lift, the roof top bar was under renovation the whole time, sea view was blocked by another building, no bath tub in room
