TownePlace Suites Boston Logan Airport/Chelsea

The lobby was swamped, and only one lady at the counter but she was a rockstar. Doing the job of 3 people and making the line go fast. The room was large and nice. Only drawback was the fact that the AC was constantly going and couldn’t turn it off, making it freezing. Also, the driver for the transport was amazing as well. Very friendly, took me early, and just an absolute nice person. The staff at the hotel are the best!

My room smelled like someone had just finish eating Indian food. I asked the front desk for some spray - they said they would send someone up from housekeeping - I left to return my rental car upon return it still smelled. You can can make your own conclusions. The hot water was shut off in the bathroom sink when I turned it one it of course leaked. Called the front desk to report the leak and it rang and rang. I went down and they were pretty busy checking in guests. The mattress had body imprints on the left side of the bed.the kind you sink into. I guess they don’t flip or rotated mattresses. The sheets were soft. The room accommodations had a large fridge a 2 burner stove and microwave. Nice large bathroom and a 4 minute ride to the airport. There breakfast included traditional scrambled eggs with sausage but you had the option of adding cheese and salsa, waffles, yogurt - fresh fruit was a surprise along with English muffins toast or bagels and hard boiled eggs. Overall your standard breakfast at local hotels with a few extras. The best feature I loved was the shuttle will pick you up at the car rental center you didn’t need to return to the airport. They will also drop you off and pick you up from local eateries. I’m sure my experience isn’t typical of the average guest it’s just that quality control dropped the ball yesterday. Bottom line I would stay here again as long as the guest upstairs doesn’t wear there concrete slippers !

Love the breakfast

Very useful free shuttle from and to the airport. The bus stayion is right across the hotel and ver convenient. Breakfast is good clean rooms. Has parking with fees.
