Simple room with two very small beds. Very quiet. Extremely clean. Outstanding location within three minutes walking distance to the train station And about 20 minutes walking to the beach / old town. Great value.

Very clean rooms, fresh furniture, good beds, small but very clean and practical (also newly renovated) bathrooms, daily cleaning and on top of all very helpful personnel at reception. Also, close to the central station in Nice, and the main shopping street and 20-25 min walking to the beaches. a great place to stay also if you enjoy local restaurants and you will skip the tourist traps with high prices.
