    nice room. not the best but compared to others in the area a good place to stay.. Staff is friendly but one male called the room and question me asking why I was leaving my room so much. I believe he ended up being from the front desk. I started laughing because I thought it was one of my friends playing a joke, but it was not. This was the second day we were there. I made a few trips in and out to unload everything from my car. I went and helped my friend move from one hotel to this one. Each time I did that I stopped in my room to say hello and check in with my girlfriend. As I have an Audi A4 and not a lot of room, this took 3 to 4 trips. after checking in with my girlfriend to ask her what she wanted to drink,, I went out to get drinks from the vending machine. Shortly after that I left to go get some food and brought it back. I explained to the man that I hadn't done anything wrong and he had no reason to suspect me doing anything wrong. His reply was I don't know what you're doing and it is highly unusual for guests to leave their room as much. I told him it wasn't any of his business anyway. I was highly offended by the way he spoke to me

    Me and my family stayed here for 18 nights, when we first arrived there was a issue with our booking and the lady working wouldn’t let us in until we paid for our room but we’d already paid through Agoda, it took us about an hour before she actually looked into the booking to see it was paid, we paid for a suite and got put into a deluxe room, which was slightly cheaper than what we’d paid for. The tv was broken when we arrived and the draw had broken handles. The bath too had cockroaches and it was hard to get our towels changed or to get toilet paper replacements so we had to go buy everything on our own down at the stores. Then it was a stressful situation getting our deposit back because if you’re a long stay your deposit gets moved to the managers office. So we never got our deposit at checkout.

    Hallway carpets filthy. Cockroaches in room. Not a standard free breakfast but a skimpy Centennial breakfast. (CEREAL, bagel and coffee).
