Where to start.... The room has a horrible smell in it, roaches everywhere, no microwave, the refrigerator is rocky and smelly. The hot water is cold water. No TV. The wifi is very spotty... the people here are very noisy and not mindful of others....didn't feel safe the whole time.....my girl went to the front to file a complaint at the office and she was told that we would get new wash cloths the room cleaned and a partially refund and today as we check out we never got the room cleaned fresh towels and wash rags or the partial refund..... I advise agoda to stop doing business with this place because the pictures lied.....it's over q0 rooms that doesn't have a TV in it

Too many pet owners, the place stinks and staff never ask if you need anything. Horrible experience.
