    Rather Pricey, but location is excellent. Love the iconic lifts which give you a great view everytime you take it. the room is a little small though.

    Medium level breakfast with few seating options. Upon check in was asked by receptionist to pay for my room, even though it has been paid during my reservation. It took 15 minutes to figure out that I don’t have to pay because I paid it already. However, during the checkout, another receptionist asked me to pay for the room, it took us around 20-25 minutes this time to figure out again that it has already been paid for. Last time I stayed in this hotel, they debited my card two times for the same reason - they somehow did not know that the room has been paid for already. This seems to be a repeating problem, which definitely needs to be fixed ASAP. Getting money back on your card that is quite a bit of time and effort, you know.
