I had the private swim out room and everything was perfect, super clean
Staff was on point as well as butler and they all as a team just strived to make our stay perfect!!!! The staff is always there constantly asking our needs or wants, lucury high end and is def worth it
Food is delicious
Beverages are top notch I love my Don Julio
I loved the Pool Party on Wednesday

The hotel staff was amazing and hotel was very clean. Room service was excellent. The only thing is one night we had no water.

One day hot tub was not warm enough. Plastic glasses for pool drinks are getting scratched and cloudy. Consider replacement.
