    Room was not cleaned properly. When we checked in, we found the place where they keep all eatables and kettle etc. were very dirty and full of dust. Somebody cleaned the room, but totally forgot to clear that area. We asked them to clean, they started giving explanations saying their shift ended or someone else is responsible. Person at desk was friendly and helpful. Room was average, basic amenities - nothing fancy you get. Cupboard is right next to the door. Keeps giving you noise, when you enter or exit. Toilet was not cleaned properly. Overall decent place to stay. Money asked was still a little bit on a higher side in comparison to the room we were given. Location is right next to Berlin Hbf station. Very easy to navigate.

    The hotel has the perfect location. Friedrich Strasse Station is right there next to the hotel and perfect to start any kind of tour from the hotel facility. I really liked the breakfast offering and the buffet was very diverse. Amazing spot. I did not like that the reception blocked the entire amount as a security after check out although i pre paid everything via Agoda. Seeing the entire amount taken as a security from my debit credit card was shocking.

    We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. From the positives perspective, the hotel is located in a great location & front desk staff is highly responsive. However out stay had lots of negatives Basic facilities provided were very average. There was no hot water in the bathroom for 2 days . There is no curtain covering bath tub allowing water to spill outside the bath tub. To our surprise we experienced very Rude behaviour from the breakfast restaurant staff. While I understand NH hotels is a big chain with good overall rating, our Experience has been below average.
