The key machine was broken so we did not receive keys to the room the entire stay. The front desk person was the only person there so he had to leave the desk that had a line of people to take us upstairs to let us in. Rooms need updated. Bathrooms gross and old. Wall paper peeling through out the room. Bathroom sink cracked, floors and walls dirty, shower stained and we never got any hot water lukewarm at best for showers.
Next time I will spend the extra $100 for a better hotel.
Plus the employees/owners were hard to understand
