We had a very pleasant stay at My Place Hotel–Davenport/Quad Cities, IA. The location is excellent — conveniently close to several supermarkets, restaurants, and everyday essentials, making it very easy to get food and supplies without traveling far.
We like everything in this place, the area feels safe, quiet, and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself is clean, well organized, and suitable for both short and extended stays. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit.

There was a full size fridge with ice maker and freezer, stove top, microwave and even a toaster in the room. I didn’t not hear a single door slam or any of me neighbors at all. I had a very restful sleep and it was quiet. Will definitely recommend this place hands down!!

The price. You do get what you pay for. It was basically a small efficiency apartment. We didn't need to use the kitchen but I did ask about pots/pans, plates, utensils as there were none. I was told they provide paper plates, cups but they sell pots/pans but that it would be better to purchase them elsewhere due to the cost. They did have microwavable foods available for purchase. No free breakfast is available.
It was outdated. The queen-size beds seemed small and were not the most comfortable.
