Beautiful property with stunning views and good rooms. Away from town about 10 min, very infrequent shuttles. Service is ok, except for Panagiota who was really lovely. 25euro each way to get into town, if they had shuttle service every hour may make a difference.

Excellent service from attentive staff. The resort had beautiful grounds with stunning views from all angles. Easy walk to the beach via private path and plenty of activities to enjoy. Rooms were not five star quality by any means. Beds were uncomfortable, bathrooms lacked water pressure and could use updating to furniture, electronics and needs a coffee machine. Towels were a bit worn out and bedding could be much better for a five star hotel. Breakfast choices were same each but the food was fresh. Fairly priced for what is offered and loved the service from the front desk.

Excellent location close to Parikia but removed enough for some quiet. Just steps from the beach with multiple beach clubs and dining options available. Front desk staff was super helpful with local info. Pool area was the nicest of our trip. We appreciated the welcome drinks, free shuttle to town, and included breakfast (great fresh Orange Juice!). We'd definitely return for future stays!

Our family of five enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff is fantastic and everyone from the manager to the front desk to the servers went above and beyond to meet our needs. They offered terrific recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit on the island, and all met or exceeded our expectations. The chef prepared fresh, delicious meals and a hearty breakfast buffet was provided each morning. We found to difficult to leave this lovely resort and look forward to visiting again one day!

Town and ferry station is far, but the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus on a fixed schedule. Or you can take a taxi.

The thing to say here is that it is not a 5* property or service - no turn down service, only buffet breakfast (nothing cooked to order), the shower was difficult to maintain constant temperature etc - when we arrived the private pool was not clean, the bed squeaked and there were always noises at night in the room Mr George K the hotel manager addressed these the following day - but should a 5* property have needed such? I leave to you We did have a good time nonetheless, if expectations are for a 3 or 4* property / attention to detail (see review for Parocks)
