Nice place, but...

We stayed here for four nights. Beautiful location with the sea just steps away. Well appointed room with mini-fridge, comfy beds and plenty of space to put luggage with the extra smaller room. Parking was provided, which was great, as it is a bit away from the main port town and not walkable with the narrow hilly road. We had a lovely covered veranda and enjoyed the views every morning and evening. The room does have access to the pool at the corresponding resort up the hill, but it wasn't heated and pretty cold. The resort does have a nice bar and restaurant, which we used for a late lunch the day we checked in. A little pricey, but good food and drinks.

So this is kind of an awkward situation. Somehow, I booked this twice. Once through them directly and once through Booking.com. They questioned it out when we checked in, but not before. I would have appreciated an e-mail prior to our arrival asking for clarification since both reservations had the same name, date, and verbiage regarding celebrating our anniversary with them. While my error, which is still a mystery to me, Omilos wasn't helpful or sympathetic. Booking did reach out to Omilos folks and their answer was "I'm not in front of the computer so can't answer that." We were also told at check-in that Booking hadn't paid yet, even though we had been charged. We tried to release the second room, and Omilos said no. The next day they claimed that Booking had not contacted them, and that they couldn't see their computer to see if Booking had paid. Both weren't true, as I received the messages that Booking sent, and was on the phone when they reached out to Omilos. In addition, the same woman who looked at the screen to tell us Booking hadn't paid yet, the next day said only the bookkeeper can see that. It really kind of tainted our stay a bit. We understand that it was my error, and Booking did try to get a resolution of some sort, like releasing their commission and trying to bargain a bit on our behalf so we wouldn't be paying fully for both rooms. Omilos wouldn't budge. One of the days, staff came to our door saying the neighbors below were complaining about our veranda furniture moving in the breeze, and being noisy. As we hadn't been there all day, it was odd. I was told to move the furniture against the wall in case the wind was blowing. The furniture was very heavy, and I had a broken arm. He didn't offer to help which was weird. Don't know what the neighbors were hearing, but definitely not our furniture! Nice place, but we didn't find the staff helpful or very honest.

Avoid this place. No integrity. Unethical. Money grabbing “hospitality” at an overpriced amusement park.

(1) Leaving for another accommodation. (2) the stray cat who was the nicest part of my 11 hours here. (3) the obstructed view with zero shade whatsoever.

Everything but the stray cat! This property is owned by and part of Agnanti Resort & Spa in Parikia, on Paros island. I stayed there several nights before they closed for the summer tourism season. It had a broken sink faucet, pink mould growing all over the shower, brown sludge coming out of the drain, crooked fixtures falling out of the wall, dirty cups and utensils, snobby reception staff, litter and bags of trash strewn all around the beachfront property, no path down to the beach (only 100m away), dusty cobwebs and piles of dead insects all over the windows. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge, which was not cold. Worst of all I waited over an hour for a taxi after the reception lady told me she would not call a taxi for me unless I stayed an additional night (is business so bad that they need to threaten guests?). Beyond rude and unhelpful. This was the worst experience during my time in Greece. Agnanti Resort and its Omilo houses gave me a horrible impression of Paros. It’s also an hour walk on a poorly paved road to the port. This is just one of the many unsustainably built vacation homes built and used for the summer tourism season, likely at the expense of ground stability on the hillside once covered by vegetation. Basically a disappointing and unpractical money pit. Decorations were cute though.

Great view, great room!

The room was big, modern and very clean. Lovely room. You can also access the 5 star hotel up the road which is a big BONUS for the pool and we added the buffet breakfast which I think is worth it. The view is amazing and the parking is great.

We were in apartment 5 which is underneath apartment 4, it was quite windy and we heard the chairs on the balcony moving non-stop, it was so bad we ask hotel staff to move the chairs inside (which they did very fast so thank you) but if people were staying above I think it would be quite noisey as we could hear the hotel staff opening and closing the door and moving around.

Nice but not worth the money for me.

Nicely decorated. Close to the beach (second row). Sea with but with a building in front of it. We could use the pool of the 5 star hotel as well. It is not far away, but we took a scooter.

The house was in the second row of the beach and the restaurant is not in walking distance. Bute there are two other beach clubs right at the beach. The view from the pool is no longer a sea view because there is another hotel built.

This is a lovely place to stay with a great view. The staff is great and helped with everything. The walk to the main hotel is quick and then you can use all the hotel amenities.

The location and room was perfect. The room was bright, and well-sized and it was helpful having an extra small room. The deck had a great view and was shaded. Rooms are away from the busyness of town and right by a beach great for swimming and a relaxing and fun atmosphere with great beats at the Marcelo beach club. Fabulous views of the sea and town. A great walk into town along the beach and hills. We got bus to Lefke and Naoussa from town - all day pass - everywhere else was different to where we stayed so the island had good variety of experiences.

Got a bit lost finding the hotel from the room the first time but was fine after that. Nice pool at hotel.

Pleasant

Omilos Beachfront House .... is EXACTLY this ! These are 4 studio apartments which are very nice with no one around. Keep in mind these are four apartments away from their partner hotel Paros Agnanti Hotel. If you need reception, amenities, pool & restaurant good luck hiking up a hill to receive these amenities. Having a Vehicle is a Must ! The studio apartments/houses are steps away from a beach with a beach bar. For an additional cost, Obviously! The manager Giorgos / George was helpful and tried to make our stay more pleasant. Best advice is to get a rental due to the fact taxis / cans on the island are expensive.

Beautiful new Accomodation at Marcello Beach

completely new and modern interior with a beautiful view to the sea and the marcello beach. just 1 min walk away which is a nice one. There is also a beach bar and 5 mins walk away a great restaurant directly by the sea. Also great view to Parikia. Everything you need like fridge, safe,etc. You can also use the convenience of the nearby agnantia resort. Like the pool, tennis court, breakfast/lunch /dinner is also possible there and they can arrange the transport from the port, car/quad rental. There is also an Shuttle bus 3 times a day free of charge to bring you to the city center of parikia which takes 5 minutes.

We liked everything, great place to stay! The only thing which we have missed would be a big full body mirror.

There was a miss communication in regards to where to check in, you don't check in at Omilos, checking is actually at a different hotel up the street. Also, I was under the impression the house was exactly beach front, but instead it's by the beach with neighbors accross of the room.

L'espace était assez agréable et la décoration sympa

L'emplacement est médiocre, ce n'est pas sur la plage mais en 2ème ligne et un immeuble devant bouche toute la vue. L'hotel auquel l'appartement est rattaché n'est pas collé du tout C'est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est, le prix devrait être divisé de moitié

Chambre Double Supérieure vue sur mer (logement numéro 3) Attention, l'annonce précise que le logement est doté d'une piscine extérieure et d'un restaurant mais ces équipements ne sont pas du tout sur place. Ces logements sont une annexe du complexe hôtelier Paros Agnanti Resort & Spa situé à 300 mètres avec du dénivelé. Les photos sont trompeuses, anciennes et masquent l'envers du décor. Les logements se trouvent derrière un autre immeuble qui masque presque totalement la vue mer. La plage est belle mais le secteur est en pleine urbanisation. Véhicule indispensable pour se rendre à Parikia ...

Pareltje op Paros, heerlijk dichtbij strand en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Ligging op loopafstand van het strand, 10 minuutjes van Parikia in een deel van Paros dat nog een beetje opgebouwd wordt. Geheel eigen ruimte met balkon en zicht op zee. Je kunt gebruik maken van faciliteiten van Hotel Paros Agnanti, zoals de spa en het zwembad, de tennis- en padelbaan. Fijne incheck op de locatie zelf, Costas heeft ons veel goede tips gegeven om Paros te ontdekken en lekkere restaurantjes te proberen 👌🏻

Het was best fris toen we er waren en de airconditioning bleek niet te functioneren. Is uiteindelijk voor nacht 3 wel gefixt, maar duurde eigenlijk net wat te lang. L

Une mauvaise expérience nous ne recommandons pas.

La chambre était fidèle aux photos, très belle et spacieuse à deux pas de la plage.

La veille du séjour le gérant nous demande notre heure d’arrivée afin de préparer notre venue. Arrivée sur place il n’est pas présent nous devons l’attendre, une fois arrivé il nous annonce qu’il faut attendre 4h pour pouvoir obtenir les clefs de la chambre. Il ne propose aucune solution pour les bagages ou les sanitaires après le voyage. De plus le logement est situé loin de la ville et nous nous sommes retrouvées contrainte de louer un véhicule. Le deuxième jour du séjour il change le mot de passe du wifi sans nous avertir et ne daigne même pas venir au moment de notre départ.

C’est le logement que nous avons préféré de notre road trip ! Si fantastique, si reposant, petite plage privé avec un confort plus que parfait. Un grand merci ! L’équipe est professionnelle et sympathique. Nous sommes très ravies ! Si vous passez à Paros, je vous recommande ce logement !
