Clean room, good shower pressure, comfy bed, great location, beach right across the street. Starbucks near, liquor store, cvs within blocks. But, elevator still broken down, air conditioner freezing one night, broken and sweltering second night and there is no thermostat in room, ice machine broken, wifi sketchy about working.

The facility was very clean and a great price for the location. Elevator didn’t didn’t work and they had ice but I would stay again.

Lovely old 1950's boutique type of hotel. Location is at the start of South Beach along Ocean Blvd. Hotel is clean. There are corners that could be dusted better. The walls need to be touched up with paint to hide any pencil marks. Towels are fluffy and beach towels are provided if requested. The shower works but you have to wait a little bit for hot water. Female at ck-in was friendly. There were hair dryers inside our room.. They would save thousands of dollars monthly if they moved up the temperature one or two degrees. Rooms are always cold. Beds were clean. It's a beautiful old hotel in a great location. The beach and the ocean are directly in front. Female staff was friendly and remembered me from a previous stay.

We booked a suite like in the picture but got the slump room instead. Agoda has yet to get back to me through email…. The elevator doesn’t work never worked and no one at of 3 people in the lobby would assist with luggage. Quit frankly the man looked annoyed he even has to work there. So now my back hurts from dragging heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Back pain for a week now thank you. Towels are scarce so if you take more than one shower a day your screwed bc you only get 2 towels. Per room. Unless you continuously ask about 12 times. The room you can’t control the temperature so they froze us out with a flimsy sheet n no blankets. Felt like winter . No shower door just a piece of glass. The bed and pillows rock hard might as well just sleep on the floor. Did not stay for the second night we just went home instead.
