    Hotel Prima is a clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient stay! We were easily able to walk to the palaces and had an abundance of restaurants in the area. Most importantly, we slept very well.

    The location of hotel was top notch. But unfortunately staff were unfriendly. No smiles ever. No hello. They looked super miserable to be there. They should definitely get new staff. And change interior of room. All grey and depressing which when including the attitude of staff made the hotel a depressing stay and we stayed dout of the hotel as much as possible
