Staff were amazing, such a nice hotel will be staying here again. The lady who checked us in and showed us to our room was exceptional I wish u got her name

Pros: lovely reception staff, location & vibe.
Cons: asked for quiet room facing courtyard, but they played loud music 7-10pm to an empty area due to winter. Started again at 6.30am and woke us up. Turned out others had complained but they carelessly left the music on. Bizarre.
Also not the most comfortable beds or water pressure. Wanted to love this hotel but mixed experience. Hopefully they’ll do better in the areas that didn’t match the rest of the 5 star rating.

The staff was incredibly professional and helpful. The room was a bit small but comfortable, quiet and lovely with great amenities. A steamer for clothes would complete them though!
We enjoyed the spa and a delicious breakfast. The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to shops like Galleries Lafayette and Printemps and cafes and restaurants. Getting around is easy thanks to the nearby Opera Metro station.
Highly recommend it!
