Blue Waters Resort & Spa

Lovely beachfront resort with nice staff. The birds were a distraction at breakfast but rooms are clean and views from the balcony of your room is very relaxing.

Everything was outstanding…property was beautiful and well maintained, staff were all very friendly and helpful ( special shout to Tiquesha the concierge who helped us plan all our dinner reservations and chartered snorkeling/boat trip). Beach and pools were spectacular and the restaurants had great food and selections. Will definitely be back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Waters. The staff couldn’t do enough and were always smiling. The rooms, restaurants and grounds were kept immaculately. Looking forward to returning for another stay.

The property was extremely beautiful and most of the staff was very hospitable, However there are some laps in communication. For example the first mishap was I contacted the front desk and when the gentlemen picked up I asked if there was a gift shop and he stated yes and then I asked did they have any benadryl due to my Girlfriend having an allergic reaction and his reply was let me check and ill give you a call back. Noone ever called so I walked to the main lobby from our suite to get the medicine and I Informed the young lady that there was never a call back. When I returned I asked my partner did anyone call and she said no. The next morning I asked if we could check out a hour after normal check out which is 12pm and the same young ma. From the night before he said yes that should not be a problem. There was no explanation. Of it being a coverage charge to stay in the room for an extra hour. Give me the choice whether I wanna pay that or not dont just assume without clear communication.
