    The street food in the back streets was a plus for me. The dj in the bar in lobby was awesome great for solo, young and or family. Peaceful, affordable luxury and convenient location

    This is my first bad review so that should tell you something. Overall, the hotel was ok - location was near downtown and places to eat, room was spacious and clean. This boils down to our specific experience. First, we booked double room via agoda and we were given a king room (cheaper). We arrived from our flights very late at night so were too tired to dispute it. The day after, we showed the hotel the proof of the double room booking, yet were asked to pay 600MXN to get the double room, which we did just to get it done. Until now (after one week), I haven't received my refund which I was told I would get. We finally got a double room, which we only got to use late at night since we had been out the whole day. This time, the ac was broken and the room was so hot. We were finally moved (again) to another double room w the working ac. The day after, we had to leave at 430am and wouldn't be back til late, so asked the staff if they could help move our things which we had left in the previous room. They were not very friendly. Anyway, more unpleasant encounters with the staff which will just make this review too long. If the staff was ok, it would have changed the whole review to a good one.

    The location was great and the staff were very kind. We would stay again. The abartender was amazing as well, I don't remember his name but he was from Jalisco, an amazing person! 🤩

    The staff were all helpful and kind. It looks like a big chunk of their budget was used for the lobby and the rooms got whatever was left. The shower door has a gap that would splash water outside even when you’re being careful. The water would also pool at the bottom of the shower door and flood the outside. No slippers, no fridge, and no microwave. Idk if this is typical in hotels in cdmx. The location is close to reforma 222 but not walkable.
