    Very clean and modern apartment. Security is great- always someone on duty and all very friendly. Lovely little roof terrace. Close enough to walk from the centre or run to the park. Some great eateries close by. Would stay again.

    The hotel was in a very convenient location and made it easy to get around the city. It wasn’t fancy, but it did exactly what we needed - comfortable, and a reliable base for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it felt like good value for money. If you want a simple, well-located stay without unnecessary frills, this is a great option.

    Stayed for 3 nights, checked in online and was given a room on the 4th floor. Arrived at midnight to find that my room got reallocated to one right next to the reception desk on the ground floor. The headboard is less than 2 meters away from the reception desk. Tried to sort it out with ULIV but was told nothing can be done after reaching out to 3 different departments in the company and spending half a day trying to sort out. I basically paid *** to spend 3 nights next to the reception. It was not great. There are plenty of options around, try something else

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The highlight was the staff, who were so helpful and friendly. Fernanda (who I believe is the manager) is incredible. By the end of our five days, it felt like we were friends! I highly recommend this place and will stay here again next time I’m in CDMX! Tip: I recommend the Brooklyn Style Studio. It’s a comfortable size for two people.
