This place had a lot of deferred maintenance, and if you are sensitive to mold, be aware that it is full of mold and mildew. I was confused about some of the choices they made with regard to the furniture, including having the toilet set in a place that was completely against code in terms of distance from the wall when they could have just turned it. Also, they had the second bed literally blocking off access to the ptac and lights, requiring you to roll across the bed in order to access it. Everyone that I engaged on staff seemed perfectly nice and helpful, but there was no one available in general and especially after 5. We ran out of something because it wasn't restocked on our second day, and there was no one to ask for it. This was easily the most expensive 2 nights that we spent during our time in the UP and the least value for it in terms of the room. The one super positive is that the location is very good, within walking distance to what would be considered the center of town and across the street from both the grocery store and a gas station.
