Nice quiet location near the water, had tv connectivity issues upon arrival, office staff assisted to resolve problem, no ice available on premises, ladybugs in room, limited breakfast options

The staff, especially the check in woman was not five star. The hotel is okay, you get what you pay for and we'd go back. Parking was a huge issue since they don't have enough places to acoomadate the number of rooms they have.
Check in was...not great. I'd called ahead and requested a lower level room as we are in our 70s and my husband has cancer. We were told that they were full, no changing rooms and we were on the second floor. Period, End of discussion. I thought that was pretty rude, but hey. All in all, it was fine, just not superb.
