    Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre did its best to address the situation and compensate for the problems caused by Agoda's handling of my booking. Unfortunately, my experience with Agoda was absolutely appalling. Agoda is, without a doubt, the worst online booking platform I have ever dealt with. I felt seriously misled by its booking process, which gave me the impression that my reservation was refundable. Only after completing the booking did I discover that it was classified as non-refundable and that my money had already been charged. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. Booking conditions and refund restrictions must be transparent BEFORE payment, not revealed after customers have committed their money. Customers deserve clear information, honest communication, and fair treatment—not unpleasant surprises and financial losses. My experience with Agoda has been extremely negative, leaving me feeling deceived, frustrated, and disappointed. I strongly warn other travellers to think twice before using this platform and to carefully consider alternative booking options. I would never recommend Agoda to anyone. Based on my experience, I have completely lost trust in this company.Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre hotel did its best to compeset all dealing done by Agoda. Agoda is the worst booking online company I have ever met. iT IS MEASLEDING ITS Customers teeling that booking is refundable but after completeng booking one is founded out that booking was non refndable and the funds are already paid. Do not use the services of these agly and laying agency which is by the mean of laying tooks your money out absolutely negaive ecxperience with Agoda

    Ridiculously expensive (***/night, with breakfast a further €38!). Stains on the sheets, non-functional air-conditioning, little or no soundproofing between rooms. I'd class this a good two-star or reasonable three-star hotel, no more.

    Superb location and metro exit just outside the hotel entrance. I stayed twice in this hotel in the last two years. If location and price affordability is your priority, go for it.
