Excellent location. Friendly, helpful, staff. Room was well appointed and clean. Short walk to The Marginal Way. Our stay was just one week before full summer time amenities - the only reason not to score a 5 out of 5. We'll come back, in season, for a chance to color in that fifth star, I'm sure.

Will not stay at another hotel in Ogunquit. Everything was superb: location, staff, amenities.
