Location. Location. Location!
Slider to balcony was off track and room could use additional electric outlets.

Near the beach and walkable.
It smells when you enter the building to go to the room. We stayed in the second building towards the downtown. The carpet on the stairs are really dirty.

There wasn’t a breakfast. The location was great.
There could have been a better coffee selection in the room. The efficiency kitchenette was very outdated and in need of a replacement.

Nice location with easy access to the village. Partially ocean view.
Would have preferred a second floor room, but that’s not Crites of the property

"We enjoyed having the kitchen and the balcony with seating. The staff was helpful with some small copies at the front desk.
The staff was friendly. This was our 5th year of staying here."
