    Excellent location, spotless room but the kindness of the staff at the reception desk is beyond anything I ever experienced. They used their own mobile phone to help me clear a mess with Trainline which tool 20mn of their time to sort out!

    The Astor is a serviceable option if budget is restricted. Note - there is no air conditioning !!! Breakfast is a continental buffet only which was not clear on the booking details

    This was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights.

    Average experience. No early check-in unless you pay extra, otherwise you have to wait until check-in time. No gestures or flexibility from staff. They even charged me half a penny for a phone call, which says a lot about their approach. Location is about a 15-minute walk from Oxford Circus, not less. You get what you pay for!
