We recently stayed at Villa Victoria in Nice and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well located, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay.
The main drawback was that the room felt somewhat dated and could benefit from some modernization. We also found it inconvenient that guests are required to turn in their room key every time they leave the property. While this may be part of the hotel's policy, it felt a bit old-fashioned and less convenient than what most travelers are accustomed to today.
Despite those issues, the excellent service from the staff helped make our stay enjoyable, and we appreciated their hospitality.

The property from the first expression had a great staff who was helpfull in any sense.
The room size was good can be better with a sound barrier but the one of the rooms a blackout curtains was not that effective.
The breakfast was with variety of the taste maybe the fruits were missing as seasonal.
The doors of the rooms facing street showing you a French style where you feel welcome.
Definitely will come again next time.

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is convenient to the Nice Ville train station as well as the Promenade des Anglais. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s a beautiful garden in the back to enjoy breakfast, drinks from the bar or just to relax.
Will stay here again!
