The room was fine, but the Agoda website stated that this category of room ("Executive") came with access to their Club Lounge. When I got to the hotel, they said it did not include such access. I paid more for an amenity I did not receive. It was just overnight so while disappointing it didn't ruin my experience altogether but if it had been for a longer stay I would have been very unhappy

Great spot in the centre of town next to the train station

I had a very pleasant two night stay here. I had a spacious room and a large bathroom, with plenty of hot water, even when I slept late one morning. Given the location, it's amazing how quiet it is. The staff were really welcoming and helpful and the room and general areas clean. Yes, it is a little run down and 'shabby chic', but it's got character!

Next to Queen St rail station. 300 metres to hotel. 3-4 steps at entrance. No restaurant No cafe Breakfast only, full Scottish. Drinks are available at the small bar area. Bed comfy, pillows soft. Shower could be better, trickle.
