    Easy check-in. Deevs was awesome. Room was pretty straightforward and accurate according to the photo.

    Check-in was very quick and the reception staff were welcoming. The room was super clean. Breakfast was fine with a warm breakfast bar. Overall a nice place with excellent waiters. Very good hotel close to the airport and public transportation hubs.

    When we tried to tell the receptionist that the 1 - bed room assigned is different from the booking as 2-bed room confirmed, he was not very helpful to check with Agoda for clarification when we showed him the booking confirmation which was different from theirs. Instead of handling the issue professionally, he even said we were childish to create problem and we should be quiet and stop arguing. I'm not very impressed with how the staff deal with the problem rudely.
