We had trouble getting the in-room safe to work, but they came and fixed it promptly, and the guy was nice and knew what he was doing.
My wife also found a used towel under the sink area when we first got there, so cleaning missed one.
Check in was a little trying, but we figured out the system pretty quick; used a bellhop to help.
We loved the balcony and the view.
We also loved that we would get comped for some food (or discounts) once we got a players card. That made us stay and eat/drink more at the property.
